How to place an order:

– Go to my cart and press checkout
– Fill out the billing details
– Select payment method
– Once payment has been made we will send you the link to upload artwork along with your receipt
Artwork Guidelines
The types of files accepted:
AI, EPS, PDF, JPG, PNG, TIF, PSD, and PSB All files have to be supplied at flat files with no layers
Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi or higher resolution. The Printing-Division cannot take any
responsibility for printing quality if provided in different resolutions.
Colour mode: The artwork needs to be supplied in CMYK colour, if it is supplied in different colour-
mode, the Printing-Division will convert to CMYK however it may impact on the colour shift and
Printing-Division cannot hold any responsibility in final printing quality Artwork | needs to be
supplied in 1:1 scale | consistent with our template
Shipping and Delivery
Most of our products will be send using TNT NEXT DAY DELIVERY Tracking Packages
Tracking numbers are emailed to the address you entered when order was placed or the main email
address on your Printing-Division Account, as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. Please
contact us, if you have not received your tracking information within 72 hours of your order.
Printing-Division hold the right to use different carriers at any time. We approximately need 2 to 4
working days to process your order, however the quantity of order and any custom orders may
increase the process time the production time start when we receive the signed proof which will be
